POSH Policy

Our Prevention of Sexual Harassment policy and workplace commitments.

Effective date: January 1, 2026

LRx Healthcare is committed to providing a workplace that is safe, respectful, and free from harassment of any kind. This Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy describes our standards, the protections available to our workforce, and the process for raising and resolving concerns.

Scope

This Policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, clients, and visitors interacting with LRx Healthcare in any work-related context — including offices, remote work environments, business travel, and digital channels.

What We Mean by Harassment

Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature, or conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment. This Policy also covers retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Our Commitments

  • Zero tolerance for sexual harassment or retaliation.
  • Confidential, accessible reporting channels for concerns.
  • Timely, impartial investigation of every report.
  • Appropriate corrective action, up to and including termination of employment or contracts.
  • Mandatory POSH training at onboarding and at least annually thereafter.

How to Raise a Concern

Concerns can be raised directly with a supervisor or with our designated POSH committee. Reports may also be sent to info@lrxhealthcare.com. All reports are handled with confidentiality and without retaliation against the reporter.

Investigation Process

  • Acknowledgement of the report within a defined timeframe.
  • Impartial review by trained personnel.
  • Opportunity for both parties to provide information.
  • Documented outcomes and corrective actions.

Review and Updates

This Policy is reviewed periodically and updated to reflect organizational changes, regulatory updates, and lessons learned. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
